How to clean/deodorize an unreachable space after rat infestation?

My friend lives in an RV but hasn't lived there for half a year due to some personal reasons. Meanwhile, rats have had a really big party there.

We were able to clean and disinfect most of the RV except a couple of spaces that can not be accessed with conventional cleaning means (too narrow and crowded to reach with hands, brush or a regular vacuum) without disassembling parts of the RV - however, seems like leaving those spaces be is not an option, because the RV still smells like rat party.

What is the best way to deal with this? I'm hoping there's a better option than actually tearing down walls.

Are there any special vacuums/attachments for hard to reach spaces?

Are there any really effective fogging deodorizers that we can just let fill the space and the next day the rat poop will still be there but it won't smell anymore?
